La passation des \u00e9valuations se d\u00e9roule en plusieurs s\u00e9ances adapt\u00e9es au rythme et l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de l&rsquo;enfant.<br>Un entretien de restitution avec un compte rendu d\u00e9taill\u00e9 et \u00e9crit incluant des propositions de prises en charge adapt\u00e9es conclut le processus. Tout sera \u00e9videmment expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfant ou adolescent ainsi qu&rsquo;aux parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fonction des besoins identifi\u00e9s, des propositions sont avanc\u00e9es comme exemple : un am\u00e9nagement scolaire, une prise en charge psychologique, des consultations pluridisciplinaires ou des ajustements \u00e0 faire dans la vie quotidienne.<br>Une consultation aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un neurop\u00e9diatre ou d&rsquo;un p\u00e9dopsychiatre peut suivre pour un diagnostic plus approfondi et peut \u00e9ventuellement \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une prise en
